The VITO Flexibility Focus Plan: Gentle Stretching Routine is specially designed for older adults between the ages of 75 and 90 who are looking to improve their flexibility and mobility. This plan is ideal for those who want:

1. Increase Flexibility: Improve the ability to move in the joints and muscles.

2. Reduce Stiffness: Relieve the feeling of stiffness in the body, especially in areas prone to tension.

3. Prevent Injuries: Strengthen supporting muscles and improve stability to reduce the risk of falls.

Can I change some of the exercises within the plans?

Yes, the routines will be adjusted and perfected according to each client, and the trainer will be the person to help you design the exact plan for you. The information you see here on the web in each routine is indicative.

Can I change my plan after I have started?

Yes, if you feel that the routine does not convince you, you can request via email or directly to your trainer to change to one of the other routines that we offer.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

You can cancel the subscription one week in advance of payment.

Can I change the time and date of the training in the plan I have chosen?

Yes, you can write an email or speak directly with your coach to choose a time that works best for you

Can I change coaches once I have started a plan?

You can change coaches once, and always at the end of the training month.

How many hours in total of training and support are there?

All plans and routines are based on the same number of active accompaniment sessions: 2 sessions per week, 2 hours for each session. In total, 8 sessions per month. Then, the Gold plan also includes nutritional sessions and the Diamond plan includes gymnasiums and trips.

Are training always at home?

Yes, training is always at home, unless it is a special case where training could be done in a park or green area previously agreed upon by email or with the coach.

How do I choose the dates for the excursions, gymnasiums and trips of the Gold and Diamond plans?

Once you contract the Gold or Diamond plan, an agent from our team will contact you to set the exact dates of the activities

Why are the Gold and Diamond plans cheaper than the Silver?

Both the Gold and Diamond Plans offer more services and a better price because you will make a single payment every month (Quarterly in the case of Gold and Semiannual in the case of Diamond). Offering you these discounts is our way of thanking you for trusting in our service.
